Mr. Ajay Shankar Saxena has been associated with the Company as an Independent Director since June 1, 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, along with a Diploma in Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Madhya Pradesh.

With over 17 years of experience in sales development and marketing, Mr. Saxena brings valuable commercial and market-oriented expertise to the Board. His professional experience includes an association with Enzo Biopharma Ltd., and he currently serves as a Marketing Consultant at Shree Distributors.

His understanding of market dynamics, sales development and customer relationships enables him to contribute a practical and informed perspective to the Board, supporting the Company’s focus on sustainable business growth and stakeholder value.

His experience across sales and marketing brings a valuable market perspective to the Company’s strategic direction.
