Late Mrs. Anju Bhadauria was the founding force behind the Manas Group, bringing extensive experience in business planning, strategic expansion, and supply chain management. With an M.Com and MBA, she combined strong business acumen with a thoughtful, analytical approach—bridging traditional business practices with contemporary perspectives and evolving market needs.

Her expertise in process optimisation and Management Information Systems (MIS) played a significant role in strengthening the Group’s operational framework. She contributed to streamlining procurement, ordering, and dispatch processes, improving coordination across the supply chain and enabling more efficient, data-driven decision-making.

Her approach to business was rooted in discipline, continuous improvement, and long-term value creation—principles that continue to shape the Manas Group today.
