Mr. Dhruv Bhadauria

Mr. Dhruv Bhadauria is a first-generation entrepreneur who brings a global perspective, strong financial acumen and a forward-looking approach to the Manas Group. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics & Finance from The University of Adelaide, Australia, and chose entrepreneurship over a conventional corporate career, joining Manas Polymer in 2020

Since joining the organisation, he has played an important role in shaping its strategic and financial direction, leveraging global business practices and insights from Asia-Pacific markets to identify new opportunities and strengthen the Group’s growth strategy.

His expertise in finance, business development and international markets has supported the Group’s efforts to explore new avenues for expansion, including its growing presence beyond domestic markets. As CFO of MPAEL and CEO of Urja Setu, he is also closely involved in driving the Group’s renewable-energy ambitions and building the next phase of its clean-energy business.

With a global outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset, Dhruv is focused on building businesses that are financially strong, future-ready and capable of creating opportunities beyond conventional markets.
