Ms. Janvi Bhadauria joined the Manas Group in 2022, bringing a fresh perspective to human resource management and organisational development. Since then, she has played an important role in building employee-centric processes and strengthening the organisation’s people practices, with a focus on creating a more engaged, performance-driven workplace.

She has been instrumental in developing and implementing structured Performance Management Systems (PMS), recruitment processes and other HR initiatives, helping the organisation attract and retain capable talent while creating greater clarity around performance and growth.Her approach combines people-focused leadership with process-driven HR practices, contributing to improved employee engagement, stronger talent acquisition and enhanced organisational productivity.
