Mr. Rajnish Kumar has been associated with the Company as an Independent Director since June 1, 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Delhi and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University.

With over 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Administration, Mr. Kumar brings extensive expertise in people management, organisational administration and workplace processes. He is currently associated with Avok Engineering Consulting & Contracting Pvt. Ltd., where his experience continues to contribute to effective organisational and administrative practices.

As an Independent Director, he brings a people-centric and process-oriented perspective to the Board, supporting the Company in strengthening organisational effectiveness, governance and long-term growth.

His experience in human resources and administration adds valuable insight into building strong teams, effective systems and a well-structured organisation.
