With 18+ years of professional experience with the B.K. Birla Group, Mr. Vineet Bhadauria brings a rare combination of corporate discipline, entrepreneurial vision and hands-on business leadership to the Manas Group. During his tenure with the Group, he was entrusted with the Mahir Cement business across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, gaining extensive experience in market development, business operations, customer relationships and strategic growth.

An M.Com, MBA and Ph.D. in Total Quality Management (TQM), Mr. Bhadauria has played a pivotal role in shaping Manas into a diversified business spanning PET packaging and renewable energy. His strategic direction and relentless focus on execution have been instrumental in expanding the Group’s solar division from 1.2 MW to 15 MW, marking a significant step in Manas’ transition towards a broader clean-energy portfolio.

His leadership philosophy is grounded in quality, timely execution, technology adoption and, above all, relationships. He firmly believes that every professional relationship begins with the impact of a personal touch—a principle reflected in his approach to customers, partners, employees and business stakeholders. From strategy and business development to operations and new ventures, Mr. Bhadauria remains closely involved across the Group’s divisions. His vision, relationships and execution-led approach form the foundation on which Manas continues to build, diversify and grow.
